Comments = My husband and I have moved several times and know all to well how stressful the
process could be.
This time was going to be even more stressful and we were not sure how we were going to do it,
my husband and I are over eighty. We feel Tammy went over the top for us not only did she do all
the things a great realtor would do,but she packed our house hold items and worked hand in
hand with the movers, so all we did was get on a plane and fly to our new home in Carlsbad. We

Comments = I was a 1st time homebuyer and had NO clue what I was doing. Tammy Pecht
showed me too many houses to count, we submitted countless offers, and after 2 years of
looking, finally found the right home in a good, quiet neighborhood!! We saw very bad homes,
great homes, expensive homes, bank owned, repo, foreclosure, short sale... you name it!! I had
much to learn about the entire process. I felt very comfortable with Tammy and knew she would
not let me buy a bad home, and advised me to walk away from some with horrible issues. I
